To Ensure that the special needs of each resident are properly met, we take an individualized approach to our services. Each resident is designed a unique plan of care. The Lutheran Home is dedicated to meeting the needs of the "whole" person. Every member of the care team is a dedicated professional. On the day of admission, the team carefully and thoroughly evaluates each new resident and creates a plan of care. This plan is unique to each resident and designed to return the individual to his or her highest level of ability.
